Join the Akron Chapter for an afternoon of learning about wine and experiencing pairings of wine and food at The Cave at Gervasi Vineyard.  

In Gervasi's intimate tasting room, you’ll enjoy a guided experience through a selection of Gervasi wines, paired with insights into the winemaking process. The wine barrel room offers a behind-the-scenes look at how their wines age, while their traditional-style tastings let you savor the complexity of each handcrafted bottle. For a deeper dive, the Wine Tasting & Barrel Room Tour offers an insider’s view of the aging process, along with a curated tasting.

This Tour will earn 1 CPE Credit. 

This tour is limited to 20 people.  Each IMA member may bring one guest.  Both parties will need to register for the tour to be counted.

To get to The Cave, pull into Gervasi Winery and go straight ahead to The Spa.  The road will turn to the left.  Take the first right and go around back of The Spa.  You will enter through the double wooden doors (see picture below).  Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour, so we can begin on time.
