Similar to many organizations, due to disparate system, the Dublin airport was unable to track on-going actual costs for many of its assets. A group of professors and students used the Six Sigma methodology to make recommended process improvements. The final goal is to have better data on the full lifecycle costs throughout the full life of the asset. The complete costs will allow the Dublin airport to better forecast and justify their capital expenditures. This webinar will discuss the project and benefits from lifecycle costing.
